Advanced registration is not required.  All sessions fill on a first come, first serve basis.  This app is a personal planning tool only and will NOT secure your seat.  Due to city ordinances and the occupancy rate for each room, participants MUST BE SEATED in a chair and not standing or seated on the floor.

Selecting break-out sessions online does NOT guarantee seating availability, but it does allow us to ensure sessions of greater interest are placed in the largest rooms.  Please arrive on time to your sessions

The face of our schools is changing as quickly as the face of society and our learners need to be prepared. This session will focus on ways to help our diverse students think critically, practice tolerance, and develop an ethical social identity. Participants will reflect on ways to engage students in collaborative discussion and activities with socially relevant texts.
